Training Discipline
This program focuses on developing individual character, leadership, and cultural awareness through mentorship, biblical teaching, and rich cultural experiences. Young people are guided to understand who they are, what they believe, and how their story fits into something bigger than themselves.

Participants learn the power of love, selflessness, and integrity, as well as the importance of using their influence to uplift others. We emphasize that true leadership begins with serving—at home, at church, and in the community. Through small groups, guided discussions, and real-life service opportunities, we equip young people to lead with humility, courage, and purpose.
The Mission
Leadership Program
Through weekly huddles and daily connection creating a consistent space where teen boys build real relationships, grow spiritually, and develop practical life skills they can use at home, at school, and in their community.
The goal is to raise a generation of young men who are connected, accountable, and committed to becoming leaders of character who love others with purpose.
Warriors Development
The Warriors Development Program is an advanced basketball training initiative that focuses on sharpening the specific skill sets players need to stand out on the court.
Through high-intensity drills and structured workouts, athletes work on ballhandling, shooting, footwork, strength, conditioning, and overall basketball IQ.

This program is designed for players who want to gain a competitive edge in games and tryouts. With focused coaching, detailed feedback, and repetition with purpose, participants learn how to play faster, smarter, and more confidently turning raw ability into refined skill.
Student Enrichment Program
Our academic development system built around three pillars: Academic Enrichment, College & Career Exploration, and Exposure to New Experiences.
We help young people strengthen their skills in the classroom while expanding their vision for what’s possible beyond high school.
Through tutoring, workshops, campus visits, career conversations, and real-world learning opportunities, Student Pro prepares students with a clear post-secondary plan and meaningful goals for the future.
Our aim is to equip them not just to graduate—but to thrive in college, career, and life.
