The Problem
Too many young people are growing up:

Surrounded by broken examples of manhood and womanhood

Overwhelmed by trauma, stress, and unstable environments

With no clear plan for school, work, or life after the game
At the same time, youth sports—especially basketball—often use kids up instead of building them up. Parents are stressed, coaches are under-equipped, and the gym is a missed opportunity to teach life.
