YOUTH
Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old
He will not depart from it.

Teaching Youth
Inspiring Purpose-Driven Leaders

Our goal is to inspire youth to grow into responsible, purpose-driven role models who lead with integrity and serve their communities. We believe every young person has a unique calling, and with the right support, they can become the leaders their families, schools, and neighborhoods need.
Our programs and initiatives emphasize character development, healthy relationships, and cultural enrichment. Through mentoring, team activities, and real-world experiences, we help youth discover their identity, understand their impact, and live out their purpose with confidence and courage.
Our Programs
Compass Character Development Program
The Compass Program is a character and leadership development initiative for 4th–6th grade students. Its purpose is to help youth build a strong moral compass so they can make wise choices and lead with integrity at school, at home, and in their communities.

Through interactive lessons and small-group activities, students grow in five key areas: character, leadership, mental-health awareness, conflict resolution, and positive decision-making.
The Compass Program gives them practical tools to navigate real-life situations, manage emotions in healthy ways, and become steady, trusted leaders among their peers.
Wolves Basketball Development Program
The Wolves Development Program is a mentorship-based basketball initiative for boys ages 10–12 that uses the game as a tool to teach both skills and life lessons.
On the court, players learn the fundamental skills of basketball—dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork.
Off the court, they are guided through the fundamentals of life—discipline, respect, responsibility, attitude, and perseverance.
Through coaching, mentoring, and structured team activities, the Wolves Development Program helps young boys grow into confident athletes, accountable teammates, and emerging leaders in their schools and communities.
Roots & Wings Cultural
Educational Program
African American history, art, literature, music, and sports are essential to the growth and development of our youth. They provide identity, pride, and powerful examples of resilience and excellence.
This program highlights key historical periods, influential people, and meaningful places that have shaped African American history.
Through stories, creative expression, and interactive learning, we help young people see themselves in the legacy of Black culture—and inspire them to carry that legacy forward.
